BSP´s Faculty consists of professors with a high academic level and professional background developed in leading companies in their segments of activity. These factors, combined with a dynamic learning environment, the application of case studies and the sharing of real experiences permit the transfer of knowledge between students and teachers to be rich, and dynamic, based on practical experiences, adopted solutions, and achieved results.

Prof. Antonio Leonardo M. Reis

Various specialization courses in the United States (MIT and Dartmouth), Brazil (FGV) and England (London Business School) and Bachelor´s Degrees in Engineering and Administration. Worked as a consultant for many large companies, such as Caterpillar, Coca-Cola, DuPont, Natura, Porto Seguro Seguros, Rede Globo, Sebrae, and Petrobras, developing decision-making tools and corporate games. Managing Partner of Aennova.

Prof. Armando Dal Colletto

MBA from EAESP/FGV, with specialization courses from MIT. Undergraduate degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Escola Politécnica of USP. Prior IT working experience at IBM, Banco Safra, Group Abril / CLC and SABESP. Winner of various awards as an Executive of Information Technology .Academic Dean at BSP.

Profª Beatriz Garcia

Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Universidad Comercial de Deusto, Spain, and MBA from Manchester Business School, UK- Honors Distinction. Over 15 years of experience in business consulting for companies such as Accenture, Alexander Mann and Nicholson International, working on international projects (Spain, England, China, Turkey, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil). Currently partner of Hazi Consultoria, a company specialized in executing Organizational Alignment and Development projects

Prof. Bill Rasmussen

PhD and MBA from UCLA, University of California Los Angeles, USA and bachelor degrees in Law, Accounting and Economics from Chicago University, USA. Partner at Rasmussen Auditores e Assessores Tributários.

Prof. César Augusto Costa

MBA from University of Michigan, USA, post-graduation courses in Computer Science Engineering from USP and Business Management from University of Berkley, USA. Vast experience in the market of Telecommunications and Information Technology, having worked in companies such as ITXC, Teleglobe, Global Crossing, Yahoo!Brasil and Lucent Technologies. Currently Chief Executive Officer of Go2Call for Latin America.

Profª Christiane Bedini Santorsula

Post-graduate studies from Universidade Mackenzie. Academic studies focused on Corporate Law and Political and Economic Law. Partner of law firm “Advocacia Attila de Souza Leão Andrade Júnior”, focused on International and Corporate Law, Trade and Tax Law, and Foreign Investments. Member of the Commission of International Law of the Brazilian Bar Association.

Prof. Dirk Thomaz Schwenkow

Masters Degree in Economics, MBA from INSEAD, postgraduate course with major in production by EAESP/FGV and an undergraduate degree in business administration from Fontainebleau, France. CEO of Mercuri Urval Latin America. Speaker and member of the Board of Directors of several companies.

Prof. Edison Henriques Jr. Ms.

Mr. Henriques holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Mackenzie University and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship with a Thesis in Cross-cultural Leadership from San Diego State University mentored by Dr. Ken Blanchard the author of the Situational Leadership Model. In the public sector, during his internship at SDSU, he implemented projects of Organizational Effectiveness in the Dept. of Economic Development from the Administration of the City of San Diego, CA. He was a Trainer and Business developer from The Ken Blanchard Companies in Brazil developing and implementing projects about Situational Leadership, Team Alignment, Team Building and Cross-functional High-performing Teams in multi-national corporations such as Brink´s, Qualcomm, Hyatt Hotels, Silicon Space and GAP. He is also certified in Corporate Governance from San Diego State University. He is currently a SDSU Ambassador for Brazil, Cross-cultural Coach for several World Class Companies and Business Plan developer with Leadership Branding.

Prof. Evaldo Alves

Doctorate in Economics from Universidade de São Paulo, Master of Science in Economics and Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Former Executive Secretary of the Board of Financial Coordination and Coordinator of Decentralized Entities of the Secretariat of Treasury of the State of São Paulo, and Assessor for International Affairs of the Dean’s Office of Universidade de São Paulo. Former Secretary of International Affairs of the Ministry of Science and Technology on two occasions, Chairman of Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos - FINEP and Executive Vice- President of the Board of Technical-Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Secretariat of Science and Technology of the State of São Paulo. Currently working as Counselor for the United Nations - PNUD (United Nations Program for Development) and Counselor for the Inter-American Development Bank – IDB

Prof. Evandro Paes dos Reis

Master of Business Administration from Fuqua School of Business of Duke University, USA.. Author of book “Empreendedorismo”, together with Prof. Álvaro Armond. Chief Executive Officer of arvos|LABS, a company specialized in supporting other companies to increase their sales and/or establish presence in Brazil. Former Software Development Officer for Latin America of Convergys, Executive Vice-President for Interactive Services and CRM for Latin America of Young&Rubicam - Wunderman, Vice-President for Interactive Services, Chief Executive Officer of Ogilvy Interactive, Ogilvy&Mather Brasil, Partner and Technology Officer of Hipermídia Agência Digital and Marketing Director and Manufacture Sales Manager of Sun Microsystems do Brasil. Expert in technological ventures, interactive media, technology management, and start-ups of technology companies.

Prof. Fernando Arbache

PhD in Information Systems - COPPE/ UFRJ. PhD from ITA in Market intelligence. Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from PUC/Rio, Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering by UFJF. Director of Arbache Tecnologia, performing consulting and training in logistics and technology. Books written:“Logística Empresarial” (Corporate Logistics) and “Gestão da Logística, Distribuição e Trade Marketing” (Management of Logistics, Distribution and Trade Marketing).

Prof. Fernando Curado

Ph.D. from North Carolina State University, Masters´Degree from Purdue University and Undergraduate degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ). Partner of msci Consultoria, specialized in Governance and Strategy, focused on Brazilian family- owned companies

Prof. Herbert Steinberg

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, with post-graduation studies at EAESP-FGV. Studies in Corporate Governance at the Directors Consortium of Universitiesof Chicago, Washington and Stanford. Former HR Vice-President of group Santander and HR Director of Citibank and McDonald’s, and Managing-Partner of DBM - Drake Beam Morin in Brazil. Founder of Mesa-Mirror Executive Support Associados, a consulting firm for corporate governance and human development. He is also a counselor of independent administration, currently working on five boards. Author of books “Sabático - Um Tempo para Crescer”, “Um Executivo no Caminho - da Razão ao Coração” and “A Dimensão Humana da Governança Corporativa”.

Prof. Humberto Mariotti

Psychiatriast with Surgical Fellowship from Washington Adventist Hospital and psychotherapist. Consultant in personal and organizational development, Author of “As paixões do ego: complexidade, política e solidariedade (Ego passions, complexity, politics and solidarity)” and “Pensamento complexo: suas aplicações à liderança, à aprendizagem e ao desenvolvimento sustentável (Complex thinking: applications to leadership, learning and sustainable development)”, among other books. Research Director at BSP and Coordinator of the school´s Complexity Management Studies Center.

Prof. Odair Abate

Undergraduate degree and Post graduate courseain Economics from the University of São Paulo. Continuing Education course in Capital Markets - Euromoney/Oxford-UK. Former director of the Regional Council of Economics/ SP, author of several articles in trade publications, university professor, Chief Economist of Lloyds TSB in Brazil, between 1994 and 2003; Chief Strategist of onshore and offshore investments for BankBoston Brazil, between 2004 and 2006; and currently Chief Economist of Private Banking - Banco Santander in Brazil.

Prof. Peter Jancso

MBA in Finance and Accounting graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester. Undergraduate degree in Naval Engineeringfrom the Polytechnical School of the University of São Paulo and completed the course of Continued Education for Graduates in Administration (CEAG), from the Getúlio Vargas.Foundation. Partner of Jardim Botânico Partners since October/07, where he is the manager of the Venture Capital fund and Private Equity JBVC I. Between May/06 and March/07, he was responsible for the financial, human resources and IT departments of Gold Nutrition Ind. e Com. between 1998 and 06, Peter worked as Senior Vice President of Stern Stewart, where he worked in consulting projects for companies in Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Costa Rica. Prior to Stern Stewart, Peter worked for the Deutsche Bank in the area of Project Finance and Privatization, in New York and São Paulo.

Profª Tanya Keshavjee Macedo

Bachelors degree in Biology from McGill University in Montreal (Canada) in 1997. MBA from Goizueta Business School - Emory University at Atlanta (USA). In 12 years of career, she worked in Sales, Merchandising and Marketing in the consumer products industry and in the pharmaceutical industry in the USA and Canada. In Brazil, she has worked in several positions in New Businesses development, using market analysis, marketing planning and sales strategy tools. She has taught Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics in the Executive MBA and International MBA programs at Business School São Paulo since 2004.

Prof. Thomas Brull

Master of Sciences from USP, MBA from Indiana University, USA, and Undergraduate degree in Business Administration from EAESP/FGV. Co-author of the book Laboratório de Finanças (Ed. Nobel). Executive, with a focus on controlling, corporate finance, and investor relations. He sits on the Board of Directors in several companies. Assistant Dean at BSP.
